What is sildenafil?
Sildenafil is a medication used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) and pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH). It works by increasing blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation, helping men achieve and maintain an erection. The orodispersible tablet formulation of sildenafil dissolves quickly in the mouth without the need for water.
Uses
Sildenafil orodispersible tablets are used to treat erectile dysfunction in adult men. It should be taken 30 minutes to 1 hour before sexual activity and not more than once per day. This medication does not protect against sexually transmitted diseases.
