(A) Return Policy
We take great care in packing your order, but if something isn’t right, we are here to help.
1. If there is an issue with your order (10-Day Window)
Please notify us within 10 working days of delivery if you receive:
An incomplete order (missing items).
An expired or damaged product.
The incorrect product.
2. “Change of Mind” Returns (30-Day Window)
If the product is not defective but you still wish to return it, please notify us within 30 working days. Health Guard Medicine reserves the right to approve these returns based on the product’s condition.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items:
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
Injections & Vaccines.
Health Monitors & Electronic Equipment.
Orthopedic Support products.
Any item marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page.
(B) Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident in your purchase. You are eligible for a full refund if:
The item you received is defective.
The item was lost or damaged during transit.
The product delivered has already passed its expiry date.
How long does it take?
Credit/Debit Card & Net Banking: 7 to 10 working days (this depends on your bank’s processing time).
Store Wallet: Within 24 hours.

(C) Cancellation Policy
1. Product Cancellations
You can cancel your order at any time before it is out for delivery. Once the order is cancelled, we will process your refund immediately.
